Picture
Technology Science Corporation believes in promoting and encouraging the selection and placement of our military veterans in appropriate civilian and federal projects or careers.

Military personnel offer a number of benefits to a prospective employer. They have been trained with an IT skill, shoulder tremendous responsibilities, stress tested, loyal, have active security clearances, and strong work ethics thus making them ideal employees.

TSC strives to “pay forward” and serve those who have put their lives on the line to protect our global interests by connecting veterans with employers who value their experience and skills.

Team TSC will assist with matching appropriate skillsets, on-the-job training and mentoring in the performance of TSC task orders. TSC is a proud partner of the U.S. Army Reserve Employer Partnership Initiative (EPI) in support of our Soldier-2-Citizen intentions to help veterans maximize employment opportunities.

Wounded Warrior Mentorship

Picture
In 2004, the West 8 initiated a mentoring program for wounded Soldiers and Marines at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington, D.C. when it became apparent that Wounded Warriors needed more individual attention than the Army could provide.

Wounded Warriors needed additional one-on-one assistance focus on a new profession and new life, as well as counseling on benefits, jobs, educational opportunities, finance management, and navigating the military medical system.

The program is for service members wounded/ injured in Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan).   Technology Science Corporation’s CEO proudly serves as a mentor in this worthwhile program.

TSC - 007 BENEFIT LTD

Picture
In 2010, Technology Science Corporation started a 007 Spy Theme social event to honor Wounded Warrior Heroes and WWII Heroes, which has since grown to be an annual, formal Black Tie event.  The Metamorphosis Group, Inc. has been a co-host of this grass roots formal event.  In collaboration with the Governor's offices of both Maryland and Virginia, the gala focuses on individual acts of Valor, Courage, and Duty performed by injured U.S. soldiers, wounded warriors, prisoners of war, and military heroes ranging from WWII, Vietnam, to the Gulf Conflicts.

At each year's gala, 007 Benefit LTD highlights a veteran charity, their mission, and impact on improving quality of life, medical support, or dignity for veterans.  We are proud to say that ninety (90) percent of our annual net proceeds are provided to these beneficiaries.  The remaining ten (10) percent is retained as a reserve deposit and/or seed funds for the following year's gala.  007 Benefit LTD is a 501(c)(3); donations are tax deductible per IRS guidelines.
